Verax Systems for a commercial license, if required.
(BINARY CODE) LICENSE AGREEMENT
This License Agreement ("License agreement") is a legal agreement between either an
individual or a single entity ("Licensee") and Verax Systems ("Licensor"). The
agreement covers Verax SNMP Agent Simulator software in the binary form and accompanying
documentation collectively referred to as ("Software").
THE LICENSEE AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY INSTALLING,
COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE
SOFTWARE.
1. GENERAL. The software is sole ownership of the Licensor and is protected by
copyright laws and international treaties.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive and
non-transferable license for the internal use, non-commercial purposes only of the
accompanying software with the following rights:

2.1. Installation. The Licensor grants the Licensee the following rights provided
that the Licensee complies with all terms and conditions of this
agreement.

2.2. Use. The Licensee may use the Software for internal, non-commercial purposes
only. A single instance of the Software may be installed and run on a single
host or guest operating system (in case of virtualized environments). Each SNMP
Simulator instance can simulate up to twenty (20) devices.

2.3. License grant for documentation. The documentation that accompanies the Software
is licensed for internal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

3.1. The Licensee may not rent, lease, lend or provide commercial services with the Software.

3.2. The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated.

3.3. The Software may not be used by third parties without Licensor''s prior consent.

3.4. No right, title or interest in or to any trademark, service mark, logo or trade
name of the Licensors is granted under this Agreement.

3.5. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to Licensee in this
agreement. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual
property laws and treaties. The Licensor or its suppliers own the title,
copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software. The Software
is licensed, not sold. This agreement does not grant Licensee any rights to
trademarks or service marks of the Licensor or its suppliers.
4. LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION, AND DISASSEMBLY.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and
only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
notwithstanding this limitation.
5. CONSENT TO USE OF DATA.
You agree that the Licensor and its affiliates may collect and use technical
information gathered as part of the product support services provided to you, if
any, related to the Software. The Licensor may use this information solely to
improve products or to provide customized services or technologies to you and will
not disclose this information in a form that would allow identification of
information source.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

6.1 No Warranties.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY
THE LICENSOR ``AS IS'''' AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
(INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS
OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY
THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN
IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Notwithstanding any damages that the Licensee might incur for any reason
whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all
direct or general damages in contract or anything else), the entire liability of
Licensor and any of its suppliers under any provision of this License agreement
and your exclusive remedy hereunder (except for any remedy of repair or
replacement elected by the Licensor with respect to any breach of the Limited
Warranty) shall be limited to the to the amount actually paid by you for the
Software. The foregoing limitations, exclusions and disclaimers shall apply to
the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if any remedy fails its
essential purpose.
7. TERMINATION.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Licensor may terminate this agreement
if you the Licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions the
agreement. In such event, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software and
all of its component parts.
8. SEVERABILITY.
If any provision of this License agreement is held to be void, invalid,
unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
